Nestled in Black Diamond, Washington, in the Ten Trails Community, this impressive home design brings together modern elements with farmhouse touches. The model home is a welcoming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a large bonus room, and open first floor concept. When selecting a design style, we chose a neutral base palette throughout the home integrated with splashes of deep green accent colors and custom built-in features. We focused our attention on the details and furniture layout to provide a spacious and inviting living environment. Inspired by the influences of nature found throughout this community, our design approach was to create a home that was approachable, functional and fun.
