Proctor Flats | Tacoma
Proctor Flats is our third multi-family commercial project located in Tacoma’s Proctor District designed to include spacious amenity spaces and tenant micro-units. Our design goal for this property was to create functional, welcoming, fun, and approachable amenity spaces, with units that tenants can work from and call home.
This property features modern design with pops of color and organic elements that can be seen throughout the lobby, office, pet spa, residential floors and into the model unit. In the main floor lobby, we incorporated a custom wall mural of downtown Tacoma, custom designed furniture pieces, beverage center, business center, cozy fireplace seating and other areas to create a place to gather for work, relax alone or with members of the Proctor Flats community.
American Design was involved from the very beginning of this project, specializing in design development, space planning, extensive CAD drawings, and digital design presentations. ADI specification included: finishes, decorative lighting, furniture and furnishings, artwork, greenery, and accessories. We completed the project with furniture procurement, delivery, and staging.
