This project was exciting in so many ways. First and foremost was creating a unique and welcoming model home experience for the future residents of the 11th Tee community in Fircrest, WA. Equally as exciting and definitely rewarding was the opportunity to create an atmosphere for potential homeowners to experience the full vibe of the 11th Tee and imagine themselves as part of this established community. With a blend of transitional and current trending furniture styles and accessories, we created a design aesthetic that would resonate with a variety of people. Design detail highlights include accent paint colors, graphic large scale wallpaper and custom window treatments creating an elevated look. An integral element to the success of this project is attributed to the collaboration with the builder on cabinetry, fireplace finishes, flooring, lighting and paint colors. Providing a cohesive and approachable element to the 11th Tee model unit.
